Whether you are a stay at home parent or a working parent, a single parent or a married parent, mother or father, parent of one child or several children; most parents seem to be worried about ‘parenting’ their child. Parents may be anxious and confused. They can also be defensive, scared, suspicious, guilty, shameful or angry. The need to be at peace with their own selves is vital in becoming a good parent and rearing physically and mentally strong children.
