Fine art describes any art form developed primarily for aesthetics rather than utility. This type of art is often expressed in the production of art objects using visual and performing art forms, including painting, sculpture, dance, music, singing, theatre, poetry, ceramics & pottery, architecture, photography and printmaking. India has a rich tradition and heritage of Art. The term Arts denotes anything and everything that is aesthetically appealing, visually delightful, and requiring certain skills. It includes a number of things like painting, sculpture, sketching, cartooning, dance, music, singing, poetry, ceramics and pottery, photography, flower arrangement (e.g. ikebana), interior designing and even cooking.
