It deals with accounting, auditing, and taxation, management of cost, maintaining records and giving financial advice. The course involves a blend of theoretical education and practical training. To become a CA one needs to register for foundation course after appearing class 12th examination be it from any stream However one can appear the CA examination after qualifying the 12th examination. One needs to clear levels of examination beginning with foundation course followed by intermediate course. One also needs to complete IT and soft skill course and complete 3 years of practical training. After which one can appear the Final examination of CA and become a member Of ICAI. One also can do CA after completing Graduation in any stream that is arts, commerce or science. Qualified graduates can enter directly into the intermediate course. Along with the required educational qualification one also need to have certain skill sets like strong numerical ability, analytical skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and perseverance. CA is involved in planning financial strategies, managing investments, cost accountancy, investigation of financial aspects, maintaining financial records, advice on tax and treasury issues. Opportunities for CA are available \ in Chartered accountancy firms, financial markets, capital markets, business firms, banks or insurance sector. The can also have opportunities in educational institutes.
